In this Show

With an engaging personality, comedic sensibilities and unquestionable talent, Jennifer Aspen breathes life and authenticity into every role she undertakes.

Aspen co-stars in ABC’s hilarious new dramedy “GCB,” alongside Kristin Chenoweth, Leslie Bibb, Annie Potts, Miriam Shor and Marisol Nichols. Created by Robert Harling and set in Dallas, Jennifer plays “Sharon Peacham,” former beauty queen turned wife and mother who deals with the pressures of being perfect by stress-eating. Up next, she will play Olivia Holt’s overprotective Mycologist/Monster hunter mother in the Disney original movie “Girl Vs. Monster,” out this Fall 2012.

Jennifer won a SAG honor as a recurring guest star on the first season of Fox’s hit show “Glee,” where she stirred things up as “Kendra Giardi,” sister to “Terri Del Monico” (Jessalyn Gilsig). She starred opposite Rodney Carrington in ABC’s family comedy, “Rodney.” Set in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jennifer portrayed Rodney’s fiery wife “Trina Hamilton.” Jennifer has also starred in Fox’s “Party of Five” opposite Mathew Fox as the troubled “Daphne Jablonsky,” ABC’s “Bob Patterson,” NBC’s “Come to Papa,” and USA’s “Claude’s Crib.”
