1) Set goals that are 10X whatever you did last year.  I know you were thinking, “If I could just do last year again I would be happy.”  This is where we get into trouble and quit pushing ourselves.   If you did 800k set a new target at 8 million.  As unreasonable as it may seem set the target massive and build a plan around this new unachievable target.

2) Do the math – Rather than deciding this is impossible figure what you have to do to make it possible.  Who do you need to see? What do you need to set up? What has to change?   This is an amazing exercise and will show you solutions to old problems and put your attention on getting some much bigger challenges with monster payoffs.

3) Go all in and get whatever you need, borrow what you have to, and invest the energy and resources necessary and go huge!  Don’t let anyone tell you that smaller is better – it’s not. You have to scale out and you must grow. Anything that stays the same will cease to exist.   Grow or Go.

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes and if you have any questions. I know it’s a challenge.  I had the biggest year I have ever had by almost 100% in 2015.  So now I have to figure out how to hit numbers I have never even considered possible.

Let Blow Up,
