The Reason Some Are Wealthy and Some Are Not – Jerry Fetta

When it comes to wealth, people fall into two categories. Category 1 is those who are wealthy and Category 2 is those who are not wealthy. This subject has no middle ground or zone of neutrality. It is a very binary status. Before we delve much deeper into this, let’s define wealth. The definition of wealth that I have is this: “having the ability to treat money like oxygen.” I am going to unpack the separating factors between those who are wealthy and those who are broke.

1. Those who are wealthy are DOERS. I put this first because it is the most important. The wealthy did something. They didn’t dream about it, or create vision boards, or have mastermind sessions about it. They did it. When I think of wealth I think of Carnegie and Rockefeller. These guys are the two richest men to ever live in the United States. Both of them took massive action and just got it done. Action solves for everything. When in doubt, take action. Rockefeller specifically, was always up to something. He took so much action that he was countlessly in legal battles simply because he wasn’t afraid to do what needed to be done.

2. The wealthy do not get bored. I am going to disappoint you severely here; building wealth is extremely boring. That’s right! It isn’t flashy and there is nothing new about it. It has happened the same way for thousands of years. It comes down to 5 steps: 1. Sell, 2. Earn income, 3. Keep the income, 4. Invest the income, 5. Repeat. How many times can you do that before you get bored? Statistically, most of us can’t event get through 1 full cycle before we get bored and our commitment dies. The wealthy repeat this cycle thousands of times through over and over without ever getting bored or distraction. While everyone is chasing the next new stock, crypto-currency, or get-rich-quick idea the wealthy are firing through these steps like pistons.

3. The wealthy do not do things they don’t understand. I believe the middle class regularly does things with money that they do not understand. And they do it knowing they don’t understand. Why? Because most of us were never taught how to learn something to the point of understanding. We lack the skill and quite frankly most of us lack the discipline. But this does not justify still making a decision with full knowledge that we don’t understand the decision itself. Why do we do THAT? My personal opinion is that most people are in a state of self-sabotage. We have been programmed to think a certain way about money and until we change that programming, we will never do things that make true financial sense.

If you’re not wealthy, I believe it ultimately comes down to the fact that you don’t take enough action, you lack discipline and get bored with money, and you make decisions you don’t understand on a regular basis.

If you’re ready to change that, it starts with you changing your beliefs about money. I want to buy a copy of Grant Cardone’s Millionaire Booklet. This will include both the written version and also the audio. I want you to read the book as you listen to it AT THE SAME TIME. If you space out at the bottom of the page and start day dreaming, it means you don’t understand something. Go back to the top of the page and find what it is you missed. If you’re not sure what something means, I want you to reach out to me directly at and ask for my help. Click here to purchase this course.

Own Your Potential,

Jerry Fetta

Jerry Fetta believes everyone has the God-given right to own their potential. Most of us don’t because we spend 40 hours per week serving the 40 year to life sentence, trading our precious time for worthless paper called money.

We live on an economic planet and time and money do need to be exchanged. But it doesn’t need to be your time or your money. Jerry teaches his clients to secure income producing assets that make the time and money exchange for you so you can buy your freedom back and live a life of abundance and prosperity. To get there we must know how to make money, how to keep it, and how to multiply it.

Jerry provides coaching, education, accountability, and community to help you build wealth. Join the Wealth DynamX coaching program, get educated on Wealth DynamX University, and begin networking with the Wealth DynamX Mastermind Group today.
