Earlier this year I had the privilege of being one of the first civilians to fly into one of the largest military installations in the world, Fort Bragg, in my own private plane—10X Airlines. The base is home to the US Army Airborne forces and Special Forces, as well as U.S. Army Reserve. I spoke to the troops on behalf of American Dream U, an exclusive organization helping vets and their families transition out of the military, giving them the confidence and desire to start new chapters in their lives.

Many of you know I have been a big supporter of U.S. vets having already given free access to my world-class online Sales Training platform, Cardone University, which features over 1500 video courses on demand and is the #1 Sales Training University in the World. Thousands of vets have already taken up the offer. Topics covered in the University include selling, prospecting, follow-up, motivation, closing strategies, handling objections and much more.

I created Cardone University to be a valuable tool to help people in practical ways to succeed in life. The biggest problem for a soldier transitioning to civilian life is the sudden loss of highly structured leadership in day-to-day activities and living a regimented lifestyle. I always say that to be successful in business you must find the right vehicle—or mentor—to guide you.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, “In 2015, 21.2 million men and women were veterans, accounting for about 9 percent of the civilian noninstitutional population age 18 and over.”

Hundreds of thousands of veterans are unemployed. With over 130,000 U.S. troops transitioning out of the military this year, and 2 out of 3 of those vets finding it difficult to transition back to civilian life, if you know any vets send them to this link:

Any interested member of the U.S. military should visit to take advantage of my offer. I’ve spoken to troops in Fort Benning, GA, and officials in the Pentagon. I see a need in today’s world to help vets transition back to civilian life. Soldiers provide freedom to me and my family every day and I want to help them achieve the financial freedom they deserve.

We all should take advantage of the freedom we’ve been given. The fact is, though, as much as I love the USA, for a country known for being “the land of the free” the reality is most people are not free these days. Just because you are American doesn’t mean you are entitled to freedom—the only way to have real freedom is to create massive success.

Freedom needs to be created.

This weekend people will be going to the beaches, having barbecues, and sitting back taking it easy. 48 million of these people are depending on government subsidies just to exist month to month. If you are at a job you hate, you aren’t free. If your income depends on the economy, you are not free. You and only you are responsible for your freedom—it’s something you must create for yourself—and if you want it, you’ll need to sacrifice comfort.

Memorial Day is almost here and it’s time to reflect, but also time to get serious about your freedom. Soldiers have given their lives for us to live in a capitalistic society where we each have an opportunity to create our own economy. It’s up to you to ensure your financial freedom—if you stay in the middle class you choose to limit your choices and will be in danger of falling into poverty.

So help yourself by investing in your success.

And help the vets by signing and sharing this petition.

Be great,
