If you don’t have a sales pipeline you will not be able to sell to anybody. You need to have at least 10 – 15 people in that pipeline that you have talked to and sent proposals to. Try to start all these conversations as early and as consistently as possible since the beginning of the month, so by the time you are closing up the month you are also closing up the deals.
