    so grant, the fact that my company screws up a lot of deliverys is a good thing, you were saying embrace that and call all the problems and try to fix them right?! if is not fixable how would you handle telling the customer that you cant do anything about it?

    Hey Grant and Jarrod, I am in real estate and I work with Investors and Developers. As you know there are tons of properties out there. This makes it hard to solve their problem when they are not interested in a property I locate because if they don’t like it they are ready to look at another when it takes such a long time to just find one. What should I do to solve this problem?

  • BillieKiller Just an idea… maybe you could have someone else at the door that deals with unsatisfied customers so you can better focus on your customers. Take care man!

    BrandonHuinink BillieKiller appreciate it man, so far i try to give them customer service number to brush them off, but when you do alot of sells, there are some people that come in with problems cause there crazy even after i gave them the customer service number and told them there is nothing i can do, thats why i was considering just looking for another job on which the warehouse doesn’t screw up so much. if i was in b to b this wouldnt be a problem, but because i am in retail i think it is. there is no way they will hire a customer service person to be in the store with me, would you just look for another job man or would you try to figure this big hassle out?
