Grant Cardone and Elena Cardone offer tips for couples trying to handle the collision between business and marriage. Grant and Elena begin the show in a tiff. They had a disagreement and were trying to work it out for days. Elena mentions how she slept in the guest bedroom because she was mad. The purpose of today’s episode is to help couples navigate disagreements and come to a solution. It is common for couples to feel challenged when trying to handle demands of children, family and the business obligations. These challenges lead to stress and this lights the match setting a firestorm. If couples are too focused on being right as opposed to reaching understandings tensions rise. Grant offers excellent relationship tips.

How To Resolve Conflict

1. Handle yourself, not the other person.
2. Use direct, face-to-face communication.
3. Find agreements not fault.
4. Ask what is needed from you.

Grant explains that although difficult both people must put ego aside and seek solutions and not just to be right. Elena adds that couples must focus on being on the same page about the future they want together. She reminds viewers that anger requires negative energy and both agree people must apply a “Whatever It Takes” ethic to the relationship. Tune in and watch how G & E smooth over their tiff by putting these steps into play.

Pick a spouse that is a catalyst for your business.  There is no way I would be where I’m at today without my wife.  She is sounding board and a good mother.  I wash her Tahoe every Sunday.  It’s a free country and women will leave your ass…. wake up!

  • She’s not perfect but I am elanacardone  grantcardone  LMAO

Hey Grant! Would you please do a show on family planning? How do you time having children, so that on the one hand both partners in a relationship can have established careers and on the other hand don’t risk having difficulties having children because of biological reasons? Would love to hear Elena’s input too, since she had your first child late compared to the average age of first-time mothers. Plus Katrina is in a similar situation too, so we’d love to hear her thoughts as well. We love all three of you, you are doing a great work and service with #witnetwork!

Laszlo Molnar Laszlo Molnar  Het there, love the question and love the topic. I choose to wait until I was 35 to have kids because I kept waiting for the “perfect” time. I really wanted to hit a certain point in my career first. Then I realized life would NEVER present the “perfect” time. I had to just make the decision to do it and figure out the rest. It turned out to be the best decision I could have ever made. I am glad I didn’t put it off until it wasn’t possible. I’m glad on one hand I waited because I feel it was something I “needed” to do later but in all honesty, I could have had children sooner. It actually may have made me even more successful sooner! Children have made me more determined, stronger and have inspired me to even greater heights. I get more done now that I have kids and I manage to spend good quality time with them as well. Children really to expand and broaden a person in ways that go beyond what they originally thought themselves capable.
    Hope this helped.

Good subject, good tips and ended up being funny in some parts (not sure if you intended or not : )
Anyway, I showed the picture of the episode to my husband, he said “that looks familiar” (with a chuckle).  : ) : )
Elena, I watched your other show with Katrina..keep them coming girl : ) not sure if you had new episodes.
So many shows here on Whatever It Takes Network. And Grant Cardone, keep the reality + the humor : ) : ) Fun.

Mr. Cardone seems to have a very snappy almost OJ Simpson like temper after watching him carefully.
Passive aggresive at its finest not to mention overtly emotional.
So Grant gets pissed for being told to zip it in a theatre???
    Really???
It’s a movie Grant, the action and attention is on the screen you should be keeping your mouth shut.
You do this a lot on your shows and it annoys the eff out of me when someone is saying something interesting and BLAH BLAH BLAH there you go strolling in with your loud ass interruption.
My God let people finish a thought.
Then you use the “I work and I give you this this and that” to Elena, common man!
How weak do you sound playing that BS card.
It’s obvious your a control freak and I could only imagine the crap you put Elena thru behind closed doors.
Watching my mother get her ass kicked and bloodied when I was a kid has given me that sick gift of sensing that condescending tone that a person starts before they erupt into a full on verbal or physical attack.
Do yourself a favor Grant, start working out or get a boxing bag to whip on at the point you feel like throwing a tantrum so you can watch what you say and avoid hitting or pushing your wife around like you were doing on camera.
Very weak not in control behavior Grant.

  • Alberto Flores

Just catching up on this one show. BOTH of you hit it out of the park with being so real. I felt like it was me and my wife on camera… and you all are 100% dead on regarding on “stick and stay” messaging!! I am sure this show is extremely rewarding for you two; it DOES help others to remind them to keep it real and stick together!!!!!!! UNLESS you have parted on priority focuses as E stated. THX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Jason martin
