Given the stream of online concerns, this is certainly a tech miss, somewhere. I use and own many GC products and will not knock them,,they are awesome. But, this transaction concerned me.
Big shout out to Grant's team for doing a great job. They let me know I'd accidentally paid for this twice and refunded me before I even noticed. My gym could learn some ethics from them.
I had the same problem but I called the sales desk & in 2 minutes Javi verified my purchase and e-mailed me all the materials you should call them (310)777-0255 someone answers immediately - I love that!
No purchase confirmation email and no link to the digital downloads. I spoke to a rep today and they said the deal was just for the video... anybody else get their issue resolved?
