Grant Cardone, NY Times bestselling author and successful entrepreneur, offers insights and advice to help the middle class break out and achieve true freedom. In this episode Grant focuses on income disparity and explains that rich people continue to get rich because they are focused on getting rich. He offers hard-hitting, eye-opening comparisons of how wealthy people approach money versus the middle class. “Most people aren’t thinking about getting wealthy. They’re thinking about getting by.” Grant explains that how we think about money determines the wealth we create. How our parents raised us to think about money affects us. However, Grant explains that it is up to us to do the following things to create wealth and the freedom that comes with it.

Grant’s Wealth Tips:
1. Study those who achieved wealth.
2. Understand money isn’t made it is collected.
3. Don’t earn to spend, earn to invest.
4. Create passive, residual income flows.

Grant takes callers and encourages them to study Warren Buffet, Mark Zuckerberg and other wealthy people and pay attention to what they do with their money. Callers agree that money was either a subject not discussed or, something they were educated not to have. Grant explains that capitalists use money to generate more so they can be free.

Right out of college when I hit the ground with a day job I started reading and learning everything about real estate.  Every morning, during the day, nights and weekends I consumed myself reading and calling on people involved with real estate.  Buying and owning real estate got me out of the rat race.  Don't listen to all the noise from around you.  Buy real estate when it pencils out cashflow and the terms are favorable.

Watched the first 8mins but once again this is GOLD @GrantCardone - People have no money because they set their goals to small - i.e I need to make $600 a week to pay the bills and never think about what they REALLY need to have the life they want!

OR...

They write the goals down - let's 10x my example so now $6000 a week and think "Oh, I could never do that - that would mean i would have to travel, or do speeches, or have sales meetings OR leave my job!"

Work on self education - work on becoming the very best at one thing in the world.

THEN...

Once you are the best in the world or at least in the top 5% help people learn what you had too.

To finish - I think @GrantCardone is the go to person for anything sales, motivation and someone i feel i can relate too!

I started off washing dishes and run a $200,000 a year company - Grant and his team inspire me everyday.

Listen, if you are sitting on the fence, thinking it is more of the "same ol" just buy his books - honestly - buy the books AND the audios - listen and do the exercises and put the material into action and it will change your life!
