  • Great show Grant, You have to be open to spending money before you can expect others to buy from you. If you are thinking I would never spend that kind of money for that, how are you ever going get someone to pay that kind of money for it?

  • GRANT, I am in Indiana and have started a construction company. I got 1 sale out of 50 houses for a roof I got all leads and 1 estimate, A lot tried shutting me down at the door, but I tried convincing them I was right. I ask questions when they reject. 

    We can’t afford it…. “Ok, can I ask when the last time you had your roof estimated?”
    We just aren’t interested? “You should be because this is the value of your home and preventing damage that will cost you more money than your roof, do you know about the $1,500 energy tax credit? Do you know how it works?”
    of course they get pissed by then because they know in their minds I am correct, they just wait until it’s too late and their house is damaged. What should I do different to close the sale? Also what about No Solicitation signs? those need roofs the worst.
